The way the script introduce this character is a very foward way but leave the question for the audiences to follow in the scene. The introduction for this charater in the script is mainly showing outter present for the charater "We pan up - see a women trying to pull her wedding ring off her swollen finger". For the audience this is a very interesting scene, it's like when someone say to you " i got to tell you some thing" but then they say "actually nevermind/actually dont worry about it", it make you wanted to know evern more.
The context in this scene is already leeds us to start understand what it's about "Hospital Maternity Corridor" within the perfect match up of the outter present in the script one one women"We come up on a large baby bump".
