Music video research and planing
When I starts looking at many song I know the lyrics well I can up with 5 song with different genre, which mean these will also have different age and type of audiences which is monster by Imagine Dragons, Good girl bad guy by Falling in reverse, Sail by Awolnation and That girl by All time low. and the last song is for another side of my thought in case I've to film myself and to make it to professional level, which mean prob costume and looks of the actor which is รอ (pounce roor) by potato (Thai song).
Certain song I may not be able to do as if the equipment such as guitar, bass and drum are not available as it's need to be seen as a song (hard rock music stereotype music video) such as Good girl bad guy, รอ and That girl, In fact รอ song are too long, This left me with 2 that I know i'd be able to do for sure which is Monster and Sail. To make a good good video for Monster I will need a good story telling to match with the music and the lyric that the story is trying to tell which I cant think of any, on another hand I have full ideas for Sail by Awolnation so I'm going to used this song as my Music video music.

The music I've chosen to used as my music video re make is Sail by Awolnation which is and electronic rock genre, 4.23 minutes long. This song is about a guy who wanted to get (sail) away from all problem that are coming on to him but it doesn't let him get away, this show in the music video when as you see he's running away from something but it's keep hunting him. However the music video put it more like futuristic of a robot technology/alien are keep trying to hunt him down, this could mean that the world in our present and what is coming in future are the real problem of what he's trying to "sail away from".

In the very first paragraph it say that he's saying that he's showing his love differently and for everything he have done, he's blaming it on his ADD.
Next paragraph he's referring himself to a good side by saying "angel" but when coming the whole sentence it show that, because of what ever he have done, that past is killing him and yet again he's blaming on his ADD
When the lyric start on the third paragraphs "Maybe I should cry for help, Maybe I should kill my self": this is a powerful sentence to represented that he's lose and don't know what to do and think to himself that he could seek help to fix his problem or ending everything by killing himself.
On the 4th paragraph where it say "Maybe I'm a different breed, Maybe I'm not listening" :it mean that maybe all of this problem he's running from is because he's different to the society or it could be just because he's not taking the good side or advice in, then again he's blaming it on his ADD.
The less of the song are repeating it self over and over again, with the music, the band almost sounded like he's trying to shout the the world in visual and short that All problem can be serious. The mysterious force in the music video in another points of the story telling that could that the actor doesn't want to do it but there is always something that's dragging and pushing him to do what he have done.
There is the part in the end when it say " sail with me in the dark", meaning getting away with me and hide away in darkness that no one will notice.
There is not much lyric in this song but the word " sail" are contently repeated which show that this song is about sailing from many thing surrounded by him
, however ever time he say the word he yells it , it's almost like he's trying to tell to leave him or get away from him.

There are also many argument in this song about what the word "ADD" mean, some say it meant alcohol, dependence and drug, some say it's mean attention, deficit, disorder, some even say it short for ADHD which is an visual experience from the individual's experience which could make people very emotional.

The music for this song is a mixture of slow and fast music repeated over and over again, how ever when include it to the lyric and the way the artist sing this ii'd say it's more of a slow song then a fast song. The music starts of very light then drop hard then bring it back to light again and again, further in the song the music does gets faster and faster when the drum comes in, how ever it's still keep to main still keep the patterns of the tunes (2:07 -2:25). I also notice that that ever sentences of the lyric in this song end with a drop of bass. The music video in this song tell story well and completely ended the story in the end of the video when the music is fading down.

Awolnation have a wide rang of props, costume and location based on the story they wanted to tell in the each song e.g. Kill your heroes he dress like a navy and using light color back ground because he wanted to tell the story about about do not be afraid of death as everyone will. For burn it down he use police costume because he wanted to tell a story in the course. Awolnation is a very interesting band as he usually perform breaking stereotype band e.g. he use harder and more mysterious beat for sail instead of a sad song which is what the lyric is about. They also used a happy and going music for "kill your hero" when the lyric should be slow and more manful.
CD or DVD cover for each album or song is as much as some music video for their song. The picture beside of a person wearing black suit with moon shape of head and their band's logos on the head. This picture is not a clear picture to represented what is really going on. Also saying the word indies, meaning that they are a rock band which will want to be different from other will suite the genre.
Picture below of a horse running toward the frame is as magical as some of their song.
The back ground picture of dark Skye and the see could represented that the storm is coming, in music industry this mean a great artist/band is getting more famous. This picture is made for the song call "Run, using a horse to represented this is a great way to represent their song.
Awolnation usually perform a very meanful song however the music doesn't represented the feel and emotion to go with the lyric. However the melody matches with the music well.
Awolnation is band that represented themselves to the to society using the look of indies rock(electronic indies rock). In This is a picture that's taken in one of the concert they are performing. The way the band look show different style of each person in a band. The main single"Aron Bruno or Awol" dresses in black while other team member is wearing lighter color to show the different in the band. As a lot of certain genre of music fan will involved with Sub-culture. So, the way they look is very important as they usually perform indies rock so they need to show themselves in that way to
influence their fan.
